My Insight about YAKI MIX Restaurant

The title could come up very boring for you but hear me out, or read out should I say.
My husband and I are enjoying our stay in the Philippines while I am waiting for my visa to go to Australia. We had dinner at a buffet restaurant in "YAKIMIX"  at Alabang Town Center Muntinlupa. We were excited because its a buffet of seafood, korean/japanese/chinese food.  Before we got our table, the security guard took our names for reservation because they were busy (thinking, thats good means it good food) they asked us to come back after 30minutes because there is no table available yet. We went back at 8:00Pm and have our table clean for us. We started to get our food from their buffet table and guess what, its almost all the food there were gone. I asked the waiter to replenish it and this is what he said "There is still meat in the trays and we're not gonna replenish it until its completely empty". WTF? The meat that he was talking about is 2 pieces of beef with loads of fat in it. Then I asked, why is it that there is no label on the dishes and raw meat you have on the table. how will I know what is it? the same waiter said to me "Our manager removed the label and will soon replace it, I will just tell it to you what kind they are" and I said, okay what is this? he said "its beef" yeah right. I can see that, but what kind, is it teriyaki, is it even spicy..OMG, I am getting annoyed and my dinner hasnt began yet. I tried to salvage the meat and dishes left on their buffet table and try to get my appetite back. Went to my table and eat. Waitress and waiters are walking past us everytime. I cant help it anymore so I asked, If we can order our drinks?maybe just give us water. Then the waitress that I talked to said to the guard of the restaurant, since we are seated by the door. She said "Can you give them water for me?". Again what was that? so now the security is the one doing her job?. Okay patience I said to myself. So we continued eating and finally the water came, brought by the security guard. My husband asked the waiter when can they give us a new set of prawn, because we're still waiting for it to arrived, after 30 minutes, it arrived and it was not even full on the plate, maybe 15 only, and before you know it, its all gone again, because apparently, its not only us who is experiencing this deprivation of food serve at the buffet. I heard another woman telling her family that there is nothing to eat, she cant help herself anymore and asked the waiter. Me and my husband sigh and just tried to eat, our plates are all stacking up, because the waitress are just ignoring our table, so I finally catch one, and I said to her, can you please get our dirty plates? and she just waved her hand down to me and walk as quickly as possible that I didnt hear what she said. OMG, that incident got me and I totally lost all the patience that I am holding to be a good customer. I waited for her to come back, and she went to my table and grab the plate, I said to her " cant you not spare 5 seconds to your customer and talk to me properly when I am saying something and just waved your hands?" and she said to me, " I did say something to you and said that I will come back" and I said " you were so quick that I didnt understand a single word" when Im done scolding her, she said "Is there anything I can do for you" I told her "look at the table, whatelse do you think you should do?" our table was dirty with scraps of prawn skin and dirty tissue, and she asked me what she should do?
So lesson learned, We are not going back again there and wasted our money.
btw it should not be called Yaki mix but instead YUCKY mix :-)
